Warranty Information
Business Telephone Sales offers a 30 day warranty on all equipment unless otherwise stated. Most full systems (system plus phones) are sold with a 1 year warranty covered in the price of the system. If anything goes wrong during the time you are covered under warranty, you must send the item back to us and we will repair or replace it. We do not offer refunds. We do not do advance replacements.
If returning any equipment for any reason, it is your responsibility to cover the shipping expenses back to us. We will pay the shipping to get the replacement or store credit to you. This policy is non-negotiable. We do not offer advance replacements for any reason.
Our warranty only covers normal use or if something is not working out of the box. We do not offer exchanges or returns for customer error, improper installation, improper usage, spilling fluids, dropping or throwing any part of the phone, or acts of God. Acts of God include lightning, fire, flood, power outages (surges), hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, or any other natural occurrence.
If you buy a phone system from us, you must hire a professional to install it for you. We do not and will not ever pay for a professional to come out and help you with your purchase. It is fully your responsibility to pay for labor. We do not pay or reimburse labor fees for any reason, not even faulty equipment.
Return Policies
Business Telephone Sales offers a 30 day warranty on all equipment unless otherwise stated. We accept returns on our equipment if it is defective and returned within 30 days of the original purchase. We do not offer refunds, only replacements and store credits. When returning an item you can get a replacement or a store credit. The credits can be used to purchase anything on our site. If you don’t see what you are looking for on the site, please call. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted. Products must be returned as received with a photo copy of your sales receipt and all accessories. You must specify on your sales receipt if you want a replacement or a store credit.

Shipping
You can prepay using PayPal or we can ship UPS COD (for an additonal $10 per order) so you pay for the purchase with a check when you receive it. UPS COD will accept a company check, personal check, money order, or cashier’s check. They will not accept a credit card or cash. Most orders ship the same day they are taken, depending on time of day and how busy we are. If you need expedited shipping please ask when placing order.
We are not set up to accept credit cards directly and do not offer Net terms.
Expedited Shipping
We offer expedited shipping options at standard shipping rates (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day). For any expedited shipping, all orders must be placed by 1 o'clock eastern pacific standard time in order for us to guarantee it will ship the same day. If we feel there will be any problems with shipping the same day you will be told over the phone or via email at the time the order is placed. We do everything in our power to get the order to you how you want it. Almost every order is shipped within 24 hours. There are some exceptions depending on the circumstances and products.
International and Overseas shipping
Canada and some of the islands are the only places not part of the United States we will ship to. The shipping rates are much higher than the continental 48 states, and will be quoted in advance so there is no confusion. Our normal business practice is to ship everything UPS COD. We are unable to ship UPS COD to Canada and some islands. However, you can send US funds in advance and we will ship your purchase UPS no charge. We do require your telephone number and a contact name as well as the full shipping address. You may be required to pay the Canadian duties and taxes upon receipt of your purchase, they are your responsibility. Please call 800-396-9699 and ask for Melanie with any questions.
