These are little tabs that fit under your handset so the handset does not fall off when you attach the phone to the wall. Other than the tab, you would just need to flip the back of the phone around (undo the four screws and flip the back to make it an odd angle). These tabs come in charcoal and will fit on either the EKT 6000 series phones or the DKT 2000 series phones.
