This is for a AT&T Partner II Business Phone system. This will start you with up to six lines, up to six phones, with caller ID. You can add on more lines, phones, or voicemail if desired. The Partner phone system will allow you to transfer calls, place people on hold, intercom, page, and you can mix and match telephones. This is a complete phone system. You will need to have someone professionally install and program this system. It does not come with any manuals. This system is capable of music on hold, but you need the cable to hook it up to your music source (CD player, tape player, radio).
