We ship everything via UPS. Shipping options include Ground, 3-day select, 2 day air, and Overnight. Most orders ship the same day they are taken, depending on time of day and how busy we are. If you need expedited shipping please ask when placing order. We ship Monday-Friday and are closed on Saturday and Sunday. If an order is placed after business hours on Friday it should ship on Monday.
For delivery times, below is UPS regular ground shipping times. We ship from Venice, Florida.
We offer expedited shipping options at standard shipping rates (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day). For any expedited shipping, all orders must be placed by 1 o'clock eastern standard time in order for us to guarantee it will ship the same day or call us to see if special arrangments can be made to get an expedited order shipped if it is after 1PM EST. If we feel there will be any problems with shipping the same day you will be told over the phone or via email at the time the order is placed. We do everything in our power to get the order to you how you want it. Almost every order is shipped within 24 hours. There are some exceptions depending on the circumstances and products.
International and Overseas shipping
Canadian and Island Shipping-- Business Telephone Sales ships all orders using UPS. We are capable of shipping to Canada and the Islands in the Caribbean. To place an order, you must call 800-396-9699, or local 941-483-4737. We will provide shipping estimates at that time. Many times, the shipping rates are much higher than the continental 48 states, and will be quoted in advance so there is no confusion. All orders will be taken over the phone and Business Telephone Sales will accept all major credit cards as the method of payment. We do require your telephone number and a contact name as well as the full shipping address. You may be required to pay the Canadian duties, taxes, and the UPS fees upon receipt of your purchase, these fees are the purchasers responsibility. Other International Locations--If you are in a location other than US or Canada, please call and speak to Mrs. McGill to see if we are able to ship to your specific location.
Below are the fees payable to UPS considered brokerage fees, they are seperate from actual shipping costs and any duties due.

When funds are not provided in advance by the customer, and UPS must post a bond to allow UPS shipments to be released in advance of payment to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), a fee of 2.7 percent (minimum $6.00 on UPS Standard®; minimum $10 on UPS Worldwide Express Plus, UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Express Freight, UPS Worldwide Express Saver and UPS Worldwide Expedited) of the amount advanced by UPS will be charged. To avoid bond fees, call 1-800-PICK-UPS and ask about our Prepayment or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) plans.|

*** This fee applies if the Amendment is submitted on or before the 10th of the month following the import date. If submitted after, the Duty and Tax Amendment applies instead.
**** This fee may apply when the included documents are missing critical information and a telephone call is required to obtain the correct information. Examples of missing information include poor descriptions, no country of origin, missing quantities, etc.
Free+ - When brokerage service for your imports is provided by UPS or its designate, there is no Entry Preparation Fee for routine customs clearance of UPS Worldwide Express Plus, UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Express Freight, UPS Worldwide Express Saver, and UPS Worldwide Expedited shipments, including up to five classification lines. Charges may apply for more complex customs clearance procedures.
