Axxess phones (8520, 8560, and the 550-series) work on Inter-Tel Axxess systems and most Mitel 5000-series systems that absorbed the Axxess line after Mitel's acquisition. If your phone says Inter-Tel 8520 or 8560, the same model here is a direct swap. We stock the phones plus the parts that fail first — replacement handsets (over 100 in stock), paper labels, plastic overlays, and DSS consoles — as well as Axxess system cards and power supplies. Everything is tested and warrantied. Axxess hardware hasn't been made in over a decade, but the systems are famously durable; a few spare phones on the shelf keeps yours running indefinitely.
