Double check compatibility:

If running an IP Office system, you must have a DS Port available on IP small office, IP403, IP406, IP500.
If running it on Avaya Communication Manager you must have a DCP port on a TN2181, TN2224 series circuit pack or available DCP port on MM312, MM712, or MM717 DCP media module.
