Toshiba Strata DKT 2020S phone is a digital speakerphone that can handle up to twenty incoming lines. The DKT-2020S phone has twenty programmable buttons which can be used as programmable features or outgoing CO lines. The DKT2020S phones are compatible with all Toshiba Strata DK Systems.

We accept product returns for 30 days for just about any reason. If you bought the wrong item, don't like the fit of a headset, or just changed your mind we'll take it back. If you want to return any phones or parts please use the original packing materials as the items much be returned in the same condition as they were when purchased. You would be responsible for the return shipping costs, safe packaging, and insurance.
Most phones will ship within 2 business days. We are closed on weekends and don't ship products on Saturday or Sunday. Priority shipments usually ship the same business day, if it must ship the same day please call after you place your order to make sure we can fulfill it the same day.
