The Nortel MICS 0X32 key service unit (KSU) to accommodate small to medium businesses. It has amazing flexibility with the number of telephones and incoming lines allowed. MICS stands for Modular Integrated Communication Systems. This is just the system with zero lines and up to 32 telephone stations. This Nortel MICS system comes with the highest release software, 7.1.
We accept product returns for 30 days for just about any reason. If you bought the wrong item, don't like the fit of a headset, or just changed your mind we'll take it back. If you want to return any phones or parts please use the original packing materials as the items much be returned in the same condition as they were when purchased. You would be responsible for the return shipping costs, safe packaging, and insurance.
Most phones will ship within 2 business days. We are closed on weekends and don't ship products on Saturday or Sunday. Priority shipments usually ship the same business day, if it must ship the same day please call after you place your order to make sure we can fulfill it the same day.
