Strata phones are replacement-compatible within their family: DKT2000/3000-series digital phones work on Strata CTX and CIX systems, DP5000-series work on CIX, and IP5000-series are the IP models for CIX/IPedge. Match the prefix on your current phone's model number (DKT, DP, IP, or EKT) and you're compatible. We stock all four generations — including the DKT 30XX replacement handsets (450+ in stock), DADM add-on modules, DSS consoles, plastic overlays, and paper desi sheets. Toshiba exited the phone business in 2017, so new-in-box is gone for good; our tested, warrantied refurbished stock is how Strata systems stay alive. Buy a spare or two while they're plentiful.
